STEP 2- Please click on the "Blue Link" Below to download the required documents, and print and complete the following >> 2024 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (ICA); W-9. Please print a copy a copy of your DRE license, driver's license and social security card send in secured email, OR MAIL TO: THE CHAPPEL AGENCY, 155 N. RIVERVIEW DRIVE, ANAHEIM HILLS, CA 92808;
STEP 3- Then email to :thechappelrealestategroup@gmail.com subject
line "Onboard Request"
STEP 4- Log into www.dre.ca.gov, click eLicensing; sign in and initiate a change
of employment to CREG INVESTMENTS INC dba THE Chappel Agency. DRE #02185645.
Note: You can always print a free copy of your DRE license when you log into your eLicensing account.
As soon as you complete the first two steps and we accept your DRE broker change, you may start closing deals immediately. Please contact us with any questions. If you are a Team of Agents each agent is required to completed the onboarding process. and signed the ICA agreement, and the Team Addendum (to be provided upon requests)
Notice: You are required to be a member on a Real Estate Association, we are currently with The Inland Gateway Association of Realtor, (TIGAR) OR CITRUS VALLEY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. Your first set of Business Cards are free. Please send us a high-resolution photo.
There's an initial onetime setup fee of $175.00, We will set up processing of the Monthly Management Fee. This fee can be paid by credit card, Bank debt or debit, . By using the "PAY NOW BUTTON" below, RECURRING MONTHLY FEES CAN BE set up by subscribing and paying ( TO AVOID ANY ACTIVATION DELAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE BROKER HAS APPROVED YOUR ONBOARDING ICA or INITIAL ONBOARDING PAYMENTS CAN Zelle by using the number 858-621-1585, SUBJECT LINE ONBOARDING, YOU WILL BE INVOICED MONTHLY, AND REQUIRED TO SET UP THE RECURRING MONTHLY FEE BELOW OF $125.00 DIRECTLY BELOW, IF YOU HAVE ISSUES INITATING THE PAYMENTS HERE PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO HAVE IT SET UP.
