STEP 2- Please click on the "Blue Link" Below to download the required documents, print and complete the following >> INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT; W-9. Please print a copy a copy of your DRE license, drivers license and social security card.

STEP 4- Log into www.dre.ca.gov, click eLicensing; sign in and initiate a change
of employment to CREG INVESTMENTS INC dba THE Chappel Agency. DRE #02185645.
Note: You can always print a free copy of your DRE license when you log into your eLicensing account.
As soon as you complete the first two steps and we accept your DRE broker change, you may start closing deals immediately. Please contact us with any questions. If you are a Team of Agents each agent is required to completed the onboarding process.
Notice: You are required to be a member on a Real Estate Association, we are currently with The Inland Gateway Association of Realtor, (TIGAR). Your first set of Business Cards are free. Please send us a high-resolution photo.
There's an initial onetime setup fee of $125.00 can be paid by We will set up processing of the monthly Cloud Management Fee of $75.00 per month. This fee can be paid by credit card, or debit, apple pay or google pay. By using the "PAY NOW BUTTON" below.
If you are using your own CRM, Website the $75.00 is reduced to $30.00 which give you access to our transaction management system which is a requirement to submit all your documents.
