STEP 4- PAY TO FEES INITIAL There's an nitial onetime setup fee of $175.00, We will set up processing of the Monthly Management Fee. This fee can be paid by credit card, Bank debt r debit, YOU CAN PAY BY ZELLE BY TO ( TO AVOID ANY ACTIVATION DELAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE BROKER HAS APPROVED YOUR ONBOARDING ICA or INITIAL ONBOARDING PAYMENTS CAN Zelle by using the number 858-621-1585 YOU WILL BE INVOICED MONTHLY, AND REQUIRED TO SET UP THE RECURRING MONTHLY FEE BELOW OF $89.00 PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO HAVE IT SET UP.

After completion of the first two steps and we accept your DRE broker change, you may start closing deals immediately. Please contact us with any questions.
